*If your work fixes (or begins to fix) one of the “Known Issues” from the Report Trail Issues page, please be sure to note that below.

*Please include the number of volunteers in your group.

*When entering the number of hours working, include time leaving from the NMBA shed, going to the workplace, completing the work and returning to the shed. You DO NOT have to multiply the hours by number of volunteers.
