BEMBA is a non-profit educational association whose mission is to create, enhance and preserve great trail experiences for mountain bikers in Bald Eagle State Forest, and to create a bicycle friendly community through cycling awareness, safety advocacy and promotion of bicycling for fun, fitness and transportation. BEMBA seeks to preserve, protect, and promote mountain bike access and diverse riding opportunities in Pennsylvania’s Bald Eagle State Forest lands through education, communication, and unified action.
Thirty-three miles of buttery smooth singletrack bliss, built on the surrounding hills of Pennsylvania’s largest lake, Raystown. Owned by the Friends of Raystown Lake (FRL) maintained by volunteer efforts of the Raystown Mountain Bicycling Association (RMBA).
Trails range in difficulty from beginner to expert with three stacked loops, making the combinations endless. Using the same shape/ color trail difficulty identifaction system that many ski resorts employee. The sustainably built trail system is open year round to all users.
Finished and opened to the public in 2009 it is important to keep in mind that this area is also open to other outdoor sports including hunting and trapping. Please be mindful of the season and follow posted signage (see trail conditions page for more information.)
PORC provides opportunities for Pittsburgh mountain bikers to discover new trails, make new friends, maintain trails, gather socially and have a great time.

CRBC is an umbrella organization for a wide variety of cycling interests in the greater State College area. These interests include bicycling advocacy, road racing, mountain and cyclocross biking, providing riding opportunities to young children, and many others. The common thread is that we love to ride, whether it be on the way to work, on singletrack through the forest, or on rolling backcountry roads
The Centre Region Bike Coalition was founded in the spring of 2000 to help facilitate the vision of a more cycle-friendly Centre County. We are a collection of cyclists working for cyclists, with the goals of promoting bicycling as a means of recreation and transporation in the area. We meet on a regular basis to discuss a variety of issues related to cycling and we maintain contact with a host a local organizations, municipalities, and elected officials. And, of course, we ride.
State College Cycling offers group rides to road cyclists of various abilities. We ride from several locations in the State College, Pa area, terrain and routes vary weekly. Unsure which level to choose, start with an easier level than you normally ride. New riders are always welcome!
